Ticket are available at our ticket booth located at Menara Taming Sari beside Melaka Revolving Tower (9.30 am to 6.30 pm)

Can I make a reservation by phone?

If you have a group of 10 pax or more, you can call our hotline: +06-292 2595 or +06-292 5595 to make a phone booking. By phone reservation, you are required to present at out ticket Kiosk half an hour before departure time for payment & ticket collection. Failed to do so, we have the authority to release your seat for new customer. As Melaka Duck Tours is one of the hottest tourism attractions in Melaka, kindly make your reservation as earliest as you can for super peak day e.g. Christmas or school holiday. If you are purchase on that day at our ticket Kiosk, it is depends on availability. All ticket sold are non-refundable and not exchangeable.

How to do my booking confirmation?

To confirm your booking, you are required to make a 50% deposit at least 1 day before departure date at our ticket Kiosk or bank in to our bank account. Customer is required to present at our ticket Kiosk 30 min before departure time.

Where is the pick up point & end point?

We start & end at the same place – In front of Menara Taming Sari.

How long is the journey?

It takes about 45min – 1 hour for whole journey non-stop.

Will I get wet during the tour?

While splashing into Straits of Melaka, you wouldn’t get wet. However, you may get a light spray.

What is my seat number?

Follow the number on the tickets.

Is life jacket provided?

Yes. We provide enough life jackets on boat.

Is DUCK fully-covered & conditioned?

Our DUCK is not fully-covered & non-air con. DUCK may be enclosed when raining. We will stop operation when it is heavy rain. This is for safety purpose.

Where to keep my baby stroller?

No worry. Just pass your baby stroller to our friendly ticketing staff. They will keep for you at safe place & return it to you when end of tour.

What is your operation hour? Can I have duck tour at night?

We are operating daily from 9.30 am to 6.30 pm. If there is special customer request, operation hour can be expanded but it is depends on weather.

Requirement : All Races, Female, Fluent in Malay, English & Mandarin.

Our guests will take with them the fun, the laugher and the excitement made possible by your attend witty, information and wacky commentary.
