DO I NEED TO PREPARE ANYTHING?
Just bring yourself and your friends over. During the game, all personal items such as mobile phones and any other dangerous items shall not be brought into the game room. We will be providing free lockers for your item storage.
WHY CAN’T I BRING IN MY MOBILE PHONES AND CAMERAS?
In the game room, all recording devices are prohibited. This is to ensure the secret of the game for the enjoyment of future participants. Any phone that rings during the game will also affect the game quality and interupt the concentration of your teammates.
DO I NEED TO CLIMB THE CEILING OR KICK OPEN THE DOOR?
There is no need for extreme forces. Everything is fine tuned to make sure you can use minimal force to decode the clue. If it stays locked, it is locked for a reason and you should find the proper way to open it. Only through wisdom will you be able to escape.
WHAT IS THE RECOMMENDED TEAM SIZE FOR EACH GAME?
We recommend at least 2-8 people for each game depending on the difficulty level. If the number of people is less than 2 people, you might not have enough time to solve all the puzzles and complete the game in time. The more the merrier.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR THE GAME?
There are no age requirements for the game but we do recommend ages between 9 and 99 to challenge the game.
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive 10 minutes before the game begins to get yourself ready for the briefing and item storage. If you are late, you might affect the players scheduled after you. That is not cool. To avoid a long waiting time for the following group, we may have to reduce the game time if the group appears more than 10 mins after the booked time.
WILL I TEAM UP WITH OTHER PEOPLE?
During peak hours, there will be a lot of people playing the games. For teams which has only 2 players, we might team you up with someone else to escalate the fun and make new friends.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADJUST AND PERSONALIZE THE ROOMS FOR A SCHOOL VISIT, A BIRTHDAY OR WEDDING-EVE PARTY?
Yes, we can introduce new questions or even experiments for school classes. Additional charges depends on the complexity of the new tasks. It is also possible to hide presents in the room, which will be found during the adventure by the person celebrating their birthday or their wedding.
