IPOH TO CAMERON HIGHLANDS - 2009/02/15 02:12 HELP HELP HELP

I am traveling from Butterworth to Cameron Highland by Rail and would like to know what station is best - Ipoh or Tanah Road?

I can get a train from Butterworth to Ipoh leaving at 7.00am and arriving in Ipoh at 10.49am - I was then hoping to get the 11.00am bus (Kinta Omnibus) from Medan Kidd Bus Station to Cameron Highlands.

The websites has the trip taking 3 hours by bus - is this correct as I was hoping to do the 1.45pm Cameron Highland Tour?

Any information would be greatly apprecaited.
